Are there any extra fees on top of the listed price?
The listed price is the final price of the machine. Standard preparation, inspection and documentation fees are already included — no hidden add-ons at signing. Delivery is quoted separately and always agreed with you in writing before we load.
Is there a warranty on your units?
Yes. Every machine ships with a 1-year parts-and-labor warranty. Before delivery our technicians run a 38-point inspection and a real-world operational test, and at hand-over you get a 3-hour on-site inspection and test run so nothing is signed for sight-unseen.
Can I return a machine if it isn't right?
Yes — you have a 14-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date. If the unit does not match the listing or the condition report, we arrange collection and refund the purchase price.
Do you offer financing?
We do not offer in-house financing at this time. We keep markups minimal and stock models across a wide price range so there is a fit for most budgets, and we are happy to work alongside your own lender.
